Merchant Information (collected from Shopify store owners):

• Shop domain: Your Shopify store URL
• Access tokens: Securely stored OAuth tokens for API access
• App settings: Your customization preferences for the notification widget

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Send notifications: Email customers when products they requested become available
• Provide analytics: Show merchants statistics about notification signups and conversions
• Customize the widget: Apply merchant-configured styling and messaging
• Improve the service: Analyze usage patterns to enhance app functionality

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share customer personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

• Email service providers: To deliver notification emails (e.g., Brevo/SendinBlue)
• Infrastructure providers: Secure cloud hosting services (Railway, Neon PostgreSQL)

• Active notification requests: Retained until the notification is sent or the customer unsubscribes
• Sent/unsubscribed records: Retained for 12 months for analytics and compliance, then automatically deleted
• Merchant data: Retained while the app is installed; deleted within 48 hours of app uninstallation

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data:

• All data transmitted using HTTPS/TLS encryption
• Database credentials and API keys stored securely
• Access tokens encrypted at rest
• Regular security reviews and updates

Customers and merchants have the following rights:

• Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify merchants of material changes through the Shopify admin interface or email.
